Qualifications For A Position

   Florida Department of Health License and/or certification for Home Health Aid,   Homemaker and Companion service provider Knowledge in the curriculum hours mandated by the State of Florida (75 Hours) Carrying Professional Liability Insurance Passing an AHCA level 2 Fingerprint Background Screening FDLE and FBI.

   Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S, Proof of CPR Certification must be from the American Heart Association, Red Cross, or Health and Safety Institute.

   Proof of HIV/AIDs Training (ideally 4 hours) of training statement by a medical professional regarding absence of sign and symptom of a disease proof of medical examination, X-ray, or  Current Physical.

  Sufficient work history, experience, work references, Identity verification through government-issued photo ID/ Social security/ Tax Id Number (EIN) Ability to read, write and speak English.

   Updated Professional Liability Insurance is updated annually. Reliable transportation for all care givers registered with Pink Diamond Home.
